Responsibilities:

Maintaining calendars of Japanese Executives based in Japan
Planning and scheduling meetings and conferences
Scheduling the Travel of the Top Managers such as booking flights and hotels
Drafting letters and emails for the Japanese executive
Manage the Manager's Expenses, Calls, Calendars, documents and more
