Requirements
Communication skills in Japanese and English languages
N1 to N3 JLPT competence level
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or any Business course is required
Undergraduates with relevant work experience are also welcome to apply
At least 1 year supervisory experience (Office work set-up) is required
BPO work experience is an advantage
Experience in finance and accounting and SAP is an advantage
Previous accounting experience/studies particularly in Accounts Payable is required
Job Description:
Liaising and closely communicating with the client to ensure that the accounts payables department complies
Developing good client relationships within the team
Responsible for activities assigned by the Accounts Payable Manager
Developing initiatives for continuous process improvement
Monitoring and mentoring team members, and creating performance improvement plans to help meet the production targets and quality
