Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
Minimum of 2 years of experience with customer service or equivalent relevant experience
Must be able to communicate effectively, verbal and written, in both Japanese (N2) and English
Ability to use PC applications such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Salary: Php60,000.00 per month
