Your future duties and responsibilities:
Tasks and Responsibilities
- The manager is responsible for developing and delivering services to CGI clients, both internal and external, within your technology area.
- The manager is accountable for achieving the target Project KPIs set by the Business Unit.
- The manager is responsible for ensuring that the target Contribution or Margin by the Business Unit is met. New service delivery projects should be designed to achieve this while on-going project should maintain this.
- The manager is accountable for keeping the Financial Reporting variance within the thresholds set by the Business Unit. Managers are expected to keep their Financial Reports updated constantly with the latest information.
- The manager is expected to fully participate and/or lead solution proposals within their technology areas.
- The manager is responsible for meeting the Assignment targets for its members. These include their billability to projects and productivity while assigned to projects.
- he manager is accountable for coordinating with business partners on risk identification, audit programs and resolution of exception items.
- The manager is expected to participate in process flow analysis and process redesign along with the Engagement Manager and produces a detailed technical design document to match customer requirements. He/She is also expected to complete and co/implement a configuration workbook
- Co-team with the Technical Architect to produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements
- Provide current best practice and 3rd Party solution alternatives as part of the functional design document
- Lead the UAT efforts
- Participate in training design, documentation and delivery efforts in concert with the Engagement Manager
- Participate and lead, when needed, the project meetings with the customer
- The Project Team Lead spearheads the planning and coordinating of project activities as well as executing the tasks such as Applications support and Implementation, Project Planning, Utilization, Mentoring and Coordination.
- The manager is expected to exercise his discretion when enforcing the company policies keeping the bigger company objectives in mind.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Requirements
more than 10 years of experience in SAP ERP Application
