THE POSITION
This role will be responsible for Service Centre Coordination which includes Vendor and Client Management, Recruitment and Administration. Enhance User Experience for applications which include MyBI, Shareroom, Formgen, etc.
Duties and Responsiblities:
Vendor Management - Communication/liaising with vendors, Contract Mgmt,Renewals, etc.
Client Management - Point of contact for managers with staff in Service Centre.
Recruitment, Onboarding and off-boarding: Sourcing candidate profiles, performing initial screening, coordinating performance reviews.
Administration: Maintaining SMT data, data requests from corporate.
Participate in both local and IT Service Center administrative support processes.
IT Department Purchase Order and Invoice management. Assist IT Controller by ensuring all IT incoming/outgoing financial transactions are properly booked in the ERP system.
General administrative support to IT management.
IT Spend Administration.
Organize travel/meeting/conference/event arrangements and coordination for both Philippines based employees as well as the visitors to the regional office / Philippines.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
Excellent oral and written communication
Negotiation Skills
Good interpersonal skills
Able to organize, plan and prioritize
