JOB DETAILS:
Company: The Company is an international software Development Company that focuses on software development in different industries such as manufacturing, medical, BPO & etc.
Responsibilities:
Help and support the customer and organization occurrence requests and apply simple technical and service accomplishment.
Give assistance in illuminating issues or misconception at a basic level and help in the analysis of risks of circumstance and broaden correctly to save client services.
Repair and resolve hardware and software issues
Requirements
Conversational English communication skills
Graduate Bachelor's Degree in IT or any related course/Associate Degree/Undergraduates
Strong IT knowledge and experience
Preferably with minimum of 1 years' experience as a IT Help Desk
