We are hiring for candidates with strong IT/Technical Background focused on Network, System, and Remote Desktop Troubleshooting, for a US-based client. This is a mandatory work from home, requiring candidates to be wiling and capable to come into our Makati Site for a Night Shift Role.
BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support to clients and customers via Remote Desktop, Call and Email
Attend to concerns on a timely basis, meeting deadlines set by the manager and the client
Exercise confidentiality while maintaining a database of customer information
The package for this position ranged between 25-30,000 based on background and performance with client interviews. The package is inclusive of the following:
Basic Salary
10% Night Differential
Perfect Attendance Bonus
HMO with Dependents
18-PTO Credits, 10 convertible to cash

Requirements
At least 1 year of IT/Computer Engineering background is required for this role
Must have experience with the following: Windows OS, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Remote Desktop Software, and any form of Ticketing System
Previous IT/Tech Support of a similar role is a great plus
Excellent communication is required for this role

Has Desktop/Laptop, strong and stable internet connection (preferable wired)
