What You'll Do:
Support Australian Clients with their IT/Technical issues.
Managing and resolving Support Tickets.
Adhering to and staying informed about IT Standards and best practices.
Collaborating in a team setting and supporting fellow engineers.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Support Representative or similar role.
Basic Knowledge of Windows Server Roles like Active Directory & Office 365.
Basic understanding of computer networks, operating systems, and software applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills
