The Role
We are looking for an IT Specialist who will be responsible for the administration, monitoring, and maintenance of software infrastructures and applications. The IT Specialist will oversee practices and processes to ensure integrity, safety, and availability of all data and applications as part of an organisation's information systems.
Key Responsibilities
Problem resolution in both the long and short term.
Assist over 200 staff in the Philippines by diagnosing problems and providing resolutions for technical and service issues.
Process, monitor, record and respond to requests related to IT onboarding and offboarding.
Conduct preventive maintenance of all IT-related equipment and accessories as scheduled.
Office 365 Troubleshooting & Support (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS OneDrive, MS SharePoint, MS Forms, MS Flows, MS, Teams, MS Exchange & MS PowerApps).
Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
Participates in and contributes to initiatives that improve IT processes.
Assess and provide IT recommendations on various requests such as Laptop/ Desktop Purchase, network, and others.
Enhancing and maintaining existing MS Forms, Flows, and PowerApps.
Perform other tasks that are deemed necessary.
Position Prerequisites
Experience
Experience in Hardware and Software troubleshooting.
Experience in PowerBI and Microsoft Suites of products including Power Automate and Power Apps.
Proficient in Cloud platforms such as Office 365.
Proficient in MS Office applications & OS both in Windows and/or Mac.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
History supporting end users to understand their issues and solve their problems.
Skills
The ability to relay technical information to non-technical users and elicit clients' needs.
A can-do attitude with a high level of personal motivation.
Strong ability to communicate across multiple stakeholders/teams, both up and down the organisation.
Ability to work independently and to collaborate across multiple projects.
Ability to take initiative in the creative process.
Ability to multi-task, prioritise effectively, and manage own work schedule.

Shift Time
