Ultimately, your responsibility is to proactively assist the Leadership team and wider the organization meet their clients' needs and expectations by supporting them in the day-to-day automation and technical requirements to facilitate the delivery of our programs/services.

Essential:
Exceptional client service orientation
Excellent written/oral communication with numerical skills comfortable with multitasking
Experience with email marketing software ie Ontraport
Experience with Click Funnels
High level of knowledge and experience with Zapier
High level of knowledge and experience with Excel/Google Sheets with the ability to write complex formulas
Competent with a variety of technology applications
Attention to detail Highly focussed on achieving goals and objectives
Ability to effectively influence and persuade others to achieve objectives
Keen to work as part of a dynamic team
Self-motivated with regards to personal and professional development
Desirable
Ability to develop and integrate with custom API's
Ability to code web applications
Able to read/write CSS and HTML
Able to read/write JavaScript
Job Responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing Funnels
Create and maintain marketing funnels for internal programs
Create and maintain marketing funnels for JV partnerships
Email Marketing sequences
Create and maintain email marketing sequences for internal programs
Create and maintain email marketing sequences for JV partnerships
Automation of repetitive tasks
Utilize automation, either native to the platform or through a third party (ie zapier) to automate the transmission of data from one platform to another.
Utilize automation to reduce administrative pressure on the wider team
System Optimization
Continuous improvement to current systems based on feedback from leadership and the wider team.
Identify opportunities to improve existing systems and streamline systems and processes with existing or new software.
System Maintenance and Troubleshooting
Maintain current systems and ensure processes are operational in the manner expected.
Adhoc troubleshooting of systems issues.
Authority Level and Decision Making
Independently will have the authority to schedule their work provided that no immediate competing tasks requirements exist and answer all inquiries to the extent of their individual knowledge.
Refer to the General Manager - Answering queries above the extent of their individual knowledge.
