• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information System or any related courses
• With at least 5 years experience in Systems Analysis and Improvement
• Can code in Power Automate/ Power Apps is a must
• With Problem-solving Abilities
• Experience with Operating systems, databases, Analytics tool like Power BI or Tableu
Job Description:
• Identify digitalization solutions and design new systems for process improvement
• Ensure key processes of the organization are reviewed, documented, redesigned, improved and operationalized with technology as a major enabler
• Work with SMEs to analyze business needs and existing systems.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and developers (whether third-party or in-house) to identify and develop appropriate digital solutions and ensure timely completion of digital systems.
• Leverage on existing platforms (Office 365, Sharepoint, Smartsheets) and maximize integration with existing systems (SAP, Sales Force, Procore) to develop new systems.
