Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for the administrating Windows/Mac Laptops and Application Support. This role will support the Australian business, working with US & Australian IT team members, to provide technical and operational support activities of Application & Internal Client Support, including logical and physical hardware support, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, tuning, optimizing.
Qualifications
Duties and responsibilities
Bachelor's or Associates degree optional
Minimum of two years of related work experience (2-4 years of related work experience)
Experience with Office 365, SharePoint, file shares and AD administration in a hybrid environment (required)
Setup and configure Windows/Mac Laptops and provide support (required)
Exceptional typing and computer skills, as well as technical knowledge of MS Office products and Windows (required)
Administer Microsoft Defender (nice to have)
Support IT & APAC team to resolve incidents and problems as needed
Assist with development of documentation for standards requirements within the department
Some rotational or on-call support will be required
Coordinates with IT teams to communicate hardware needs and upgrades as necessary
Duties and responsibilities
Fundamental and Associate level Microsoft certifications will be highly regarded (nice to have)
Demonstrate ability to multi-task, organize, take initiative, follow up independently and as a team with minimal supervision
Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills with minimal supervision
Demonstrate excellent organization, verbal and written communication skills
Uses knowledge and resources to make informed decisions
Willingness to actively participate in development trainings

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday (8AM - 5PM; Manila Time)
Work Location
Temporary Homebased (equipment would be provided but candidates are expected to have a stable and reliable internet connection at home; at least 10MBPS)
