Description * • Responsible for managing and developing IT infrastructure related information tools and administrations.
Responsible for effectively serving each Department's reporting tool requirements including business reports but not limited to other form of reporting tools such as excel add-ins.
Resolves issues and service tickets involving errors in ERP, HRIS and other software related matters.
Perform other task that maybe assign from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Engineering/Information Technology or equivalent.
Fresh graduate or entry level with experience preferably in ERP/software
Able to meet challenges and can handle stressful situations.
Excellent team player with problem-solving and trouble-shooting capabilities
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge in Exact Globe Next is advantage
