Responsibilities:
Deliver application maintenance and support services to customers
Follow the company's application maintenance service delivery model and process
Provide fault diagnostic and bug fixing on software problems reported
Perform program development for application enhancement
Report the progress of assigned work to supervisor
Need to handle production problems reported at non-office hour
Travel to Hong Kong for training maybe required
Requirements:
Degree holder in Information Technology/ Computer Science or other relevant disciplines
A minimum of 3 years' IT experience
Having hands-on experience of the following platform and programming language
Good command of spoken and written English
(Technical requirement for handling HKT Project)
At least 3 years experience COBOL, UNIX scripts, IDMS DML, ADS/O, ADSALIVE, OLQ, Culprit, IDD, DME, DMLO, OLP, PMRM,MVS/JCL & Utilities, DFSORT, IDCAMS, VSAM, TSO/ISPF, SDSF, JES2, FTP, REXX, CLIST, AUTDFDSS, ADRDSS, ENDEVOR, Control-M, Control-D, Visual Basic, SQL Win, store procs, Oracle, ASSEMBLERCandidate must possess at least a
