WHAT IS AN INVESTMENT REPORTING ANALYST Our awesome client, a leadingretail companybased in AU is looking for an Investment Reporting Analyst to be part of their team. Reporting directly to the Group Compliance team and indirectly, the Group Investment Manager, the successful candidate will be a member of a high performing diverse team. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Preparation and distribution of daily investment portfolio reports Preparation and distribution of daily audit log for prior day's public markets trades Daily updating of trading platform (watchlists/annotations) Preparation and distribution of weekly audit of portfolio positions/trading platform watchlists Updating daily/monthly trading databases Ad hoc reporting/analysis tasks as required Preparation of Group Monthly/Quarterly Management Reports Preparation of key internal stakeholder reports Assistance with Statutory Reporting Assisting with year- end audit preparation and deliverables WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR Degree in finance, accounting or similar. CA/CPA qualification highly desirable. Advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint Strong administrative skills A fast learner Team-orientated with the ability to work autonomously Detail and process orientated Highly accountable with a strong work ethic Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent oral and written communication Maintain strict confidentiality with financial related records Systems Experience in: Xero Investment Portals preferred, but not essential .80K signing bonus will be further discussed during the screening!
