What it's about
In this function, you will be supporting the preparation of weekly investment committee meetings, where the most senior individuals in our investment practice discuss and provide advice on potential investments. You will help coordinate the process to ensure that all investments are compliant with the investment guidelines of the investing products, and support maintaining our powerful database of potential investments across the platform.
The main tasks in this role will be:
Preparation of the Global Investment Committee meetings. This task includes preparing meeting materials and agenda and coordination with presenters from the investment teams to ensure smooth and efficient meetings.
Preparation, filing and quality control of investment committee related documentation.
Trigger and ensure completeness of investment compliance checks.
Ongoing maintenance of investment related databases to ensure data integrity.
Maintenance of material documenting and educating professionals about the processes.
Support efficiency and quality control projects related to the investment decision-making process.
Provide the team and the Business Unit ad hoc support on administrative tasks.
What we expect
For this challenging and multifunctional role, we are looking for a responsible, committed and independent person, who is driven, motivated, willing to learn and interested in developing and improving existing processes. You have very good English skills (verbally and in writing) as well as a degree from a reputable university and at least two years relevant working experience. Work experience within the private equity or financial services sector are a plus.
You work pro-actively, swiftly and with precision, and you have good computer skills, including Microsoft Office. You are a team player and flexible with respect to working schedule and taking on ad-hoc tasks.
