Job Summary:
 
Oversees the inventory levels of the business. Lead the team to receive and record new stocks. Develops a reliable inventory tracking system; review level of supplies, records daily consumption, evaluates and request orders. 
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
 
Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
Examine the levels of supplies and raw materials to determine shortages.
Document daily movement of the supplies to update inventory.
Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems.
Request new supplies to avoid inefficiencies.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
 
Proven experience as Inventory Team Lead or similar position.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting method.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports.
An analytical mind with strong Math skills.
