URGENTLY NEEDED - JAPANESE SPEAKING TEAM LEAD - BRIDGE ENGINEER
 
WIND'S GATE PHILS SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT INC. is urgently seeking a Japanese-speaking Team Lead to join our dynamic team. Based in Cebu, Philippines, we offer high-quality software development services and are looking for a bridge engineer to lead web development projects with the latest technologies for our Japanese clients.
 
Salary Range: 100,000 to 200,000 PHP
 
Responsibilities:
Act as a bridge engineer for projects with Japanese clients
Lead the team in project management and member guidance
Perform web development using cutting-edge technologies
Implement domain-driven design (DDD)
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Technologies Used:
Frontend: Next.js/TypeScript (GraphQL)
BFF: Nest.js/TypeScript (GraphQL/gRPC)
Backend: Spring Boot/Kotlin (gRPC)
Additional Backend: PHP Laravel
Qualifications:
MUST be able to read and write Japanese (business level or higher).
Applicants WITHOUT Japanese language skills need not apply
MUST have knowledge and expertise in web development technologies and platforms
Bachelor's degree holder in any course, preferably in Computer Science or IT-related fields
Understanding of Japanese culture
Proven leadership skills to steer the team towards a common goal
Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Detail-oriented
Self-motivated with a sense of urgency
Flexible and hands-on with job responsibilities
