Responsibilities:
· Establishes financial analysis and recommendation on key FMM business processes including: (a) Inventory Obsolescence; (b) Stock Cover and Stock
Turnover; and (c) Physical Stock Take.
· Provides inventory management and analysis to avoid low stock, overstock and identify obsolescence.
· Conduct regular business and performance reviews of 3rd party service provider and Fleet Material Management unit
· Performs Issuance-and-Receipt analysis to establish costing/expense.
· Analyzes root causes of inventory issues and provide resolutions.
· Develops process improvements to achieve company inventory goals (stock turn, cover and take).
· Develops initiatives to reduce slow moving inventories and to improve inventory turns.
· Precedes the material council meeting and if necessary to require stakeholder/s to make Improvement or provide Corrective Action and document
the result
· To actively participate in CEB SMS by ensuring that the highest reasonable level of safety performance is achieved by complying with all applicable
safety and security laws, regulations and standards and by reporting all accidents, incidents and hazards.
· To ensure the unit's adherence to the Company's rules and regulations.
· Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
· Degree in Management or Industrial Engineering, or Accounting and Finance
· Required trainings: AMOS Familiarization training, OEM's Material Management in Operations Training, Dangerous Goods Training, Human Factors
and Error Management, PCAR, CEB MCM Familiarization, Level 1 SMS Training,
· Preferred Training: Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, and Project Management related trainings
· At least Two (2) years' experience in an accounting or audit firm
· With knowledge in material management, Inventory management software and Data Analysis
· Proficient in MS excel and other MS office
· Highly Analytical and with good interpersonal abilities
· Above average mathematical and project management skills
· Ability to relate across members of departments within the working environment
· Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously
