What you'll do
Inventory accuracy & audits: Maintain precise records, run regular cycle counts/full audits, investigate variances, and ensure policy compliance.
Stock management & purchasing support: Monitor demand and usage, recommend reorder points/quantities, receive & verify incoming materials, and coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues.
Reporting & analysis: Research trends, analyze turnover/usage, and deliver clear reports that highlight variances and opportunities to optimize stock.
Process improvement & risk control: Recommend workflow and system enhancements; champion best practices with Ops/Warehouse; implement safeguards to reduce loss, damage, and obsolescence.
Cross-functional impact: Partner closely with Purchasing, Operations, and Warehouse teams to meet operational and financial goals.
What you'll bring
3-5 years of experience in inventory control, stock management, or warehouse operations (preferably in US operations).
Comfort with inventory/ERP systems and strong spreadsheet/reporting skills.
Sharp attention to detail, organization, and time management.
Clear written and verbal communication; able to collaborate across teams.
A problem-solving mindset-curious, analytical, and proactive.
