What are some of the responsibilities?
Coordinates with the respective departments to process permits to receive items procured from suppliers.
Receives items procured from suppliers and check for damage/s and if the specifications match the request.
Coordinates with the respective departments for asset assignment, disposal, storage or salvage.
Checks and processes requests for asset deployment.
Ensures accurate and timely deployment of assets (e.g. IT equipment for Company New Hires).
Responsible for addressing concerns or requests filed via the ticketing system
Unassign assets for separated employees within the prescribed timeline.
Ensures regular maintenance schedule is adhered to.
Reviews orders to match deliveries from Suppliers and coordinates with Procurement with issues.
Creates and maintain asset records in the Company's Inventory Control Management System (ICMS).
Ensures that all company assets are correctly tagged as it appears on the ICMS (re-tagging of assets included).
Ensures all inventory records are accurate and up to date.
What's the general objective of the role?
Ensuring integrity of the inventory control management process and systems from receiving, inspecting, issuing, endorsing for disposal and deployment of all company IT assets.
