The current role holder will be on maternity leave starting August 2022. The fixed-term employee will take on the function until the end of the maternity leave, a 20-week period. WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES Inventory Reconciliation - Perform monthly inventory count reconciliation. Ensure consistency and accuracy of the reconciliation in accordance with JSOX control procedures. Inventory Adjustment - Maintain records of all variances monthly according to established procedures and ensure accuracy of all stock adjustments and transfers from one warehouse to another. Inventory Disposa l - Monitor movement of bad goods from pull out of market returns, aging stocks at all warehouses, until product destruction. Liaise with warehouse and tax team to comply with tax authority requirements. Inventory Active Monitoring - Monitor inbound and outbound movements of finished goods from the factory, int'l importation, customer orders, and stock transfers/rotations to ensure accuracy of warehouse inventory Inventory Consultant - Liaise with cross-functional teams in Supply Chain, and serves as a consultant for all inventory controls processes, systems and compliance issues and queries. Ad Hoc - To perform any other tasks given by the direct/line manager. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree,preferably with a business and finance focus Minimum of 2 years experience in Supply Chain Finance / Logistics, ideally within the FMCG industry. Proficiency in MS Office applications (with advanced knowledge in Excel), preferably, with proficient knowledge in SAP MM and SD modules. Strong collaboration skills with various department and cross functional teams.
