Develop, manage, and to communicate regularly with the targeted resellers
Act as the single point of contact for the resellers to discuss projects, promos, new products, technical support requirements, marketing requirements, and other channel run rate concerns
Recruit new resellers and activate dormant resellers. Ensure that these partners will contribute to the sales growth of the market unit
Achieve the set targets by the business through account management
Develop, manage, and engage the assigned resellers in order to ensure that they achieve the set target.
It is the responsibility of the ISR to coordinate and discuss with all stakeholders (e.g., distributor, CTS, LTS, channel manager, and OSR) the requirements of the resellers and to ensure its closure and/or completion
Communicate the sales programs to resellers
Manage and update the central Channel Run Rate database
Prepare and generate reports and analysis
Regularly communicate and update the Channel Run Rate team
Familiarize oneself and abide by the team's policies and procedures
Channel Partner Management
Bachelor's Degree in Any Business course, IT or Engineering course
Preferably with Inside Sales experience in the IT/Engineering industry
Engaging phone manner and good listening skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Good conversational English
Basic Reports Preparation and Data Analysis
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Sales and Marketing Furniture 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
