Job Description
Planning and performing operational and financial audits. Shall analyze and evaluate accounting documents, prepare reports that reflect the audit results, and document the proposed process.
Developing testing methodologies to evaluate the adequacy of audit controls.
Administers develops, and implements the Audit Policies and Procedures.
Handles the planning, organizing, budgeting, and controls assessment of the audit engagement.
Performs other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the Company.
Job Qualification
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam is a plus), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
Strong background and experience with audit methodologies and techniques, finance terms, concepts, and principles.
Ability to develop and implement audit plans and schedules.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to easily relate with people at various levels of the organization.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Understanding of accounting and business concepts.
Some understanding of audit concepts and regulatory requirements will be advantageous.
Good understanding of corporate financial statements
Demonstrate self-motivation and a desire to take responsibility for personal growth and development
