Responsibilities
Act as the single point of contact for handling timely delivery of automation
Support with facilitating working sessions (e.g. process assessment, review sessions, UAT, etc.) with Service Lines and partners
Responsible for overall project management - structures the project, perform detailed planning, project governance, leads project execution, ensures adherence to agreed achievements, and execution of project across agile sprints
Skillset
A depth of experience in UiPath OR significant software engineering experience with a desire to transition into an RPA and automation role
Experience on agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban etc.)
Strong analytical skills with experience in problem-solving
Ability to lead deadlines within multiple projects
Ability to work independently with minimal direction and providing mentorship to squad teams
Technical leadership and mentoring of junior team members to grow the team
Strong team leadership skills and commercial acuity
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in relevant subject (IT and Computer Science)
Experience in a professional senior project management role delivering agile RPA projects
