Responsibilities
Own and drive end-to-end the implementation of the Process Mining technology across various business units and IT landscapes
Help Customer Operations drive significant business outcomes and ROI by leveraging the insights uncovered through Process Mining
Connect the Process Mining platform to on-premise/ Cloud ERP & IT systems, whilst liaising with key stakeholders and ensuring control protocols are adhered to
Collaborate directly with senior level executives, process owners and technical teams within each business unit to understand their goals, objectives and requirements and translate them into Process Mining technical requirements
Conduct initial Business Process analysis to assess suitability of mining projects to build out the pipeline, and to prioritize the pipeline against agreed criteria.
Plan, schedule, and manage project timelines and activities from project kick-off through training to ensure each project is delivered on time and requirements are met
Extract and transform and load business data into the Process Mining platform
Design process and business-specific dashboards, analyses and reports
Aid the identification of process improvement opportunities by aligning closely with the available technology toolkit at Refinitiv and ideate solutions with business stakeholders
Present implementation results to senior level executives and business users
Organize and lead process mining workshops and awareness training sessions
Participate in the definition and improvement of the overall Intelligent Automation value proposition.
Assist in the development of process mining quality standards and best practices for the Intelligent Automation function to ensure that work is done to the highest possible standard.
Actively participate within the team, providing timely updates to stakeholders during project delivery
Experience/Skills
Proven experience in delivering successful projects within process mining, business process analysis, process improvement, business process management and/or related fields (3 years minimum)
Excellent and effective communicator, both verbally and written, to all levels of management, and externally
Have a strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining and Continuous Process Excellence
Proven experience working with market leading process mining technologies such as Celonis, UiPath, Minit or Software AG (experience with other tools considered based on level of experience)
Strong SQL experience writing and editing scripts to extract, transform and load data from various sources
Good understanding of core business processes managed in SAP and/or Oracle and/or ServiceNow and/or Salesforce
Proven experience working with / creating API's to connect to enterprise applications and databases to process mining tools
Experience with other big data technologies including MongoDB, Hadoop, Kafka, and Elastic Search preferred
Good understanding of a typical enterprise IT architecture, system landscape, etc.
Ability to creatively and clearly explain and present complex concepts and solutions
Highly analytical mindset, being able to understand the link between technology and business value
Familiarity with software development and implementation lifecycle.
Understanding of other supplementary Intelligent Automation domains such as RPA, Workflow, Natural Language Processing etc.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Excellent collaborative skills, ability to work with others to deliver to specification
Passion for solving problems and excellent analytical skills
Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Passion for continued learning and development
Qualifications
Minimum undergraduate qualification in technology related subject is preferred, e.g. IT, Data Science
3+ years of experience working on similar position in a corporate organization
Certification with a market leading Process Mining application (Celonis, Minit, Software AG, UiPath all considered) is a must
