WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....
Oversees and manages the overall payout processing of policy related benefit. And providing support in other operational requirements of Policy Benefits.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Processor (AutoPos and Lifelines) andMaker (JETT role): Ensures timely manner in processing client-initiated benefit payout, review client forms and documents and assess their request as well as securing that the flagged error by the system (JETT) auto upload and manual upload is reviewed and assessed (e.g: detect potential double payout, payout details are match from the source system or as verified/endorsed by the frontlines (CSC/Callcenter))
Provide list of the batches that were uploaded for reference of the checkers and approver. Able to prepare request immediately as needed.
Process BAU related request (e.g: fallouts, reprocessing of rejected request, cancel and replacement, etc.)
Revalidate system computation as required for those determined to have discrepancies and execute manual adjustment for those valid requests that are not part of straight through processing.
Work closely with other teams including Life Operations, Treasury, and IT if incase there are system error or glitches.
Migrate files from adhoc folder for monitoring purposes
Provide reports of processed benefit for SLA reporting
Raises issue encounters in the system
Assist in providing feedback for the request inquiry by the frontline/Treasury and within the team
Logs system error in SEMT portal
Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Basic accounting knowledge
Keen to details
Flexible to work overtime and can manage large volume of request
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to perform other task such as: computer troubleshooting Basic knowledge in system/behaviour/programming language
