The Role
As an Institutional Sales Support Officer, you will responsible of all dealings and correspondences with foreign and local institutional clients and their respective custodian banks with respect to the settlement of their buying and selling transactions and all reporting requirements.
How you'll contribute
Attends to the queries of foreign and local clients through phone/e-mail to satisfy their needs.
Ensures pre-matching of trades with various custodian banks thru email or phone calls for settlement purposes.
Prepares clients' requested reports on previous day's trades and provides to Operations Department for accounting purposes.
Generates buy and sell invoices for printing or sends invoices thru email for delivery to custodian banks for settlement of trades.
Coordinates and informs foreign and local institutional clients regarding updates on needed reports thru email or phone calls to comply with regulatory bodies on local policies.
Keeps abreast on regulations of Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) to effectively implement and fully comply with the regulators.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics/Statistics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Knowledge on general accounting principles and general operations of stock brokerage firms.
Good oral and written communication skills
Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines and keen to details.
