We are seeking for a strong IT Infrastructure Engineer III (Security) with technical skills across multiple disciplines responsible for managing day-to-day Security and Infrastructure operations activities. The incumbent in this position, as a member of the Infrastructure Platform Services team, is responsible for infrastructure security administration that supports daily operation and systems integrations of complex systems or networks, with a focus on securing vulnerabilities and reducing the risk of system and/or asset compromises, supporting the infrastructure daily administration, operations, and Project level activities.
This role is responsible for performing all functions required to support day-to-day data security operations, supporting, and maintaining a broad suite of information security infrastructure, accountable for security and networking infrastructure component availability and integrity, monitoring compliance with IT security policy, and coordinating investigation and reporting of security incidents. Participate in the planning, design, installation, and maintenance of security systems in support of security policies. This role also provides advanced server administration and maintenance tasks and provides some application-related server support. Work with Information Technology staff and business units to assess risk and address security issues.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement high availability Microsoft windows in a 24/7 datacenter enterprise environment.
Monitors information systems for security incidents and vulnerabilities; develops monitoring and visibility capabilities; reports on incidents, vulnerabilities, and trends.
Assist in the enforcement and monitoring of Compliance regulations.
Implementation and troubleshooting of Zscaler Cloud which includes Zscaler Admin Portal, ZIA, SSL Security, URL & Cloud Application filtering, Web Application Firewall Rule, HTTP/HHTPS and HTTPS Tunneling.
Configuration, administration and troubleshooting of Ping Federate
CrowdStrike devices management, alert, reporting, and work with Falcon complete team
Configuration, administration and troubleshooting for SSO Authentication for SaaS Application using PingOne
Build and tune custom cases, dashboards, searches, reports on SIEM platform based on cyber security and business needs
Server and Client Machine Vulnerabilities Scanning and remediation
Server and Client Machine Patch Management
Advanced working knowledge of Google Suite infra-administration and support. Familiar with Admin console, Manage Gmail, Google Drive, Vault, mobile devices.
Advanced working knowledge of Office 365 infra-administration and support
Advanced Working Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2012, 2016, and 2019 servers
Advanced working knowledge of securing VMWare ESX server environment
Advanced working knowledge of server and workstation patching using BMC
Active Directory management such as Architecture / GPO / DHCP / DNS / Certificate environment / Radius.
Create and run PS scripts, write batch files to automate processes.
Advanced knowledge of systems security functions
Conduct hardware and software audits for compliance with established standards, policies, procedures, and configurations guidelines
Leads projects as assigned by Manager.
Independently utilizes resources (knowledgebase, online resources, etc.) to research solutions for difficult problems.
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support on the infrastructure scope including manufacturing & supply chain infrastructure
Security KPI reporting and remediation
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline or equivalent experience is required.
Must have any of the certification:
CISSP, MCSE, MCP, MCTS, MCITP, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), RHCT, RHCE, RHCSA.
Active Directory, CrowdStrike, Zscaler, Fortinet Certified, and any other related Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years Windows Server 2003/2008/2012/2016/2019 administration experience
Minimum 3-5 years VMWare ESX 5 and/or VSphere 5 administration experience
PowerShell scripting skills
Remote management experience respected
LINUX and UNIX experience respected
Excellent understanding of TCP/IP based networks
Understanding and knowledge of DNS/DHCP servers
Problem Solving both inside and outside the box thinking
Ability to maintain in-depth knowledge of security and networking infrastructure utilized by the company including the management and reporting of each
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Highly responsive and proven professionalism in communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills. Speak w/ confidence and can independently run critical incident bridge w/ vendors and other IT departments.
Ability to get technical news in advance to address vulnerabilities at early stage
Additional information:
Working hours will be determined by a shift pattern 5 days a week, including weekends and bank holidays
On-call standby service to be provided on weekends including bank holidays
Requirement for weekend working will be in-line with service needs
