Job Description:
* Handle all incoming phone calls with courtesy and professionalism.
* Facilitate sales of all products and services according to the client's needs.
* Establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction in all sales transactions.
* Identifies and maximizes opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell all customers.
* Consistently meets or exceeds monthly sales activity.
* Remains knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments of product lines.
* Keep a track of the potential customers and their requirements.
Qualifications:
*Average to Excellent English communication skills.
*Candidates must possess a University/College Degree or at least 2 years in College
* With at least 1- 2 year of BPO/ Non-BPO Sales/Telco experience
* Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
* Proficient in relevant computer applications
* Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
* Preferably with outbound sales experience
* Highly motivated and goal orientated.
