SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS
To lead and supervise all aspects of inbound and inventory control, involve planning, implementing, and monitoring effective inventory management strategies to optimize stocks levels, minimize costs, and ensure efficient operations.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the inbound process and team members to ensure all Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and targets are achieved.
Ensures fast, accurate receiving of all incoming stocks from suppliers, local or importation.
Immediate reporting and close coordination to Procurement Department of any variances of received stocks against received in actual or any different design received against as requested.
Lead and monitor daily the updated stock cards of racking in-charge to ensure right/match inventory against actual (physical) and on the system.
Ensure free aisle from any obstruction to avoid delay of stocks movements and picking.
Supervise daily replenishment of stocks on the picking area (1st level of the racks), sufficient for the orders of the day.
Ensure safety of all return stocks and BO stocks from customers or drivers on right racks location to avoid loss on time and can cause obstruction to personnel and stocks movements.
Daily reporting of BO stocks and weekly endorsement for proper disposition.
Lead the planning of activities of the repacking team, their target of the day and monitoring their output performance must 100% or more against the target.
Guide and supervise the Repacking Coordinator on all repacking activities, to monitor his team's attendance and output performance.
Achieve customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, put-away, identifying, and assuring quality of goods of his/her area of responsibilities.
Organize and maintain inventory and storage area in good order and conditio
Identifying areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
Supervise of making sure 100% implementation oft the proper execution of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system module
Timely and accurate implementation of inventory, transport and other warehouse documents.
Coordinate with Demand Planning on replenishment of stocks and other concerns on inventory management
Prepare and submit management reports on time
Leads all activities relating to the physical count of stocks (IRA and wall to wall).
Ensure all transfers are processed immediately upon arrival in the warehouse
Lead Repacking Team to achieve optimum results both quality and quantity.
Supervise immediate recording of all return stocks (BO or wrong stocks) from deliveries.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors/College Degree, Logistics/Business Administration/Management or equivalent
At least 2 years' experience in Logistics/Warehouse supervisory
At least 2 years work experience handling inventory and costing
Understands inventory management and can crunch numbers and analyze as well as coordinate with operations to resolve variances
Knowledgeable in maintaining accurate records of stocks and stocks movements
Knowledgeable in WMS or ERP branches
Can work with minimum supervision
Good in verbal and nonverbal communication
Working knowledge in MS Office applications
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Can implement Good Warehouse Practices
Willing to render overtime
