Job Summary:
 
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Food and Beverage Service Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for hospitality, exceptional service skills, and a strong knowledge of food and beverage standards. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is committed to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily F&B operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Ensure strict and consistent adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and service standards.
Foster a professional work culture that values discipline, teamwork, and excellent guest service.
Lead, train, and monitor staff to ensure procedures and service protocols are followed consistently and diligently.
Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for efficient service.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in food and beverage service.
Certification in food safety and hygiene.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
