SUPPLY PLANNING SUPERVISOR
 
We are looking for a Supply Planning Supervisor to oversee our client's Distribution company's end-to-end supply planning cycle for imported goods, from international procurement to final distribution.
 
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics or a related role within an importation or distribution environment, with 2+years in a supervisory or leadership role
Proven experience with international logistics (freight forwarding, customs, and incoterms)
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, negotiation, coordination and time management skills
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office application or related software
With Good People Handling Skills
What You'll Do
 
The role ensures on-time ordering, on-time arrival of orders at the right amount across all brands. The supervisor will lead a team of supply planners, drive continuous process improvement, and collaborate closely with Procurement, Sales and Warehousing/Logistics Departments to achieve high service levels and minimize total supply chain costs.
