Negotiable Permanent contract Full Time
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Provide clerical and accounting support
• Accurately record financial transactions, prepare, and maintain accounting documents and records
• Create vouchers and record data for payables and receivables
• Input monthly transactions into the BIR book of accounts and accounting software
• Reconcile accounts promptly
• Compile, evaluate, and summarize account and trend information to create financial reports.
• Handle all BIR/tax transactions and daily cash flow
QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least 1-year work experience as a Bookkeeper, or equivalent
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Degree in Accounting Technology, Accounting or related course in Financial Management given they have experience as Accounting Staff/Bookkeeper;
• MS Office Proficiency
• Can start immediately.
• Age exemption : Not more than 35years old and above, no gender preferences
