In this implementation role you will manage the implementation process for clients, engaging and training them via Zoom, phone calls and emails. Your responsibility is to provide a well structured and managed experience, resulting in the client completing the implementation process feeling fully confident in their proficiency with the DrChrono platform and with a sense of being very well taken care of and supported.
In this role, you will:
Assist new medical practices with navigating DrChrono's implementation process
Serve as main point of contact for up to the first 90 days of the client's experience with DrChrono
Provide consultancy to new clients on best practices in using DrChrono in their organization
Deliver and/or coordinate training for involved client stakeholders
Respond professionally to urgent inbound phone calls and emails
Identify and escalate priority issues
Research required information using available resources
Assess and customize onboarding strategy based on customer needs
Recommend integrated partners to help our clients become the practices of the future
At least 1 year of experience working in a medical clinic, laboratory, hospital, surgical practice, or similar clinical setting
Experience using an electronic health record (EHR)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong technical skills. You can describe yourself as tech savvy, cutting edge, or even your coworker's in-house tech support.
