Responsible for advanced user access and password management tasks in applications, databases, active directory, file servers and password vault.
Manages passwords for applications, databases, CyberArk, password vaults, Standard and Privileged Active Directory objects based on received tickets.
Manages access rights and password management requests in all systems managed by IBSS IAM based on received tickets.
Manages advanced password vault tasks including safe management based on received requests.
Solves more complex security tasks and complaints from customers, troubleshoots with asset owners, IT custodians and other internal teams.
Participates and coordinates international projects and knowledge transfers, trains junior team members.
Solving escalations from junior colleagues, consults complex cases with the team leader.
Improves internal flows and processes.
Fulfills tasks assigned by Circle Lead and Queue Managers.
Demonstrates ownership of problems and proactively drives resolution.
Acts as a positive role model and as a mentor to less knowledgeable or less experienced team members.
