Responsibilities:
Supervise/Coordinate installation of HVAC and other mechanical works.
Ensures proper preparation of drawings inspection and initialing each deviation or revision as well as certifies its accuracy
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of on-site HVAC construction coordination.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Report and escalate problems to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
Proven working experience in project management in HVAC industry
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Preferably had obtained with Safety and Health Certificate.
Willing to work on-site.
Strong mechanical aptitude
Preferably has an experience in Chillers, Split Type, VRF, HVAC, and FCU.
