HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR
 
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or any related field.
Candidate must have two to three years of experience handling different HR facets.
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Strong analytical and project management skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assists the Recruitment team with administering exams and conducting final interviews for applicants. Facilitates onboarding of hired candidates in coordination with Recruitment and the store.
Assists HRBP and Employee Movement personnel with documentation related to promotions, transfers, annual merit increase evaluation, and separation.
Assists HRBP and Training Manager to facilitate training programs and on-site implementation of other training initiatives.
Assists HR Supervisor and Travel Coordinator with coordination and implementation of employee relations programs and initiatives.
Assists HRBP and Sr. HR Assistant in coordination for employee benefits, employee discipline and commendation, and related administrative functions
Maintains administrative documents related to all departments as necessary.
