Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management/Psychology
Required language(s): English, Filipino
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Experienced in all facets of HR (Employee Relations, ComBen, Time Keeping, Performance Management, Training, Development and Recruitment)
Hands-on experience of Human Resource Management
Maintains strong work ethic, and is a team player with the ability to work well independently
Must possess above-average organization skills, excellent communication skills, and can demonstrate problem-solving skills.
Must be keen on details and goal-oriented.
Familiar with ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management
