Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries, providing assistance, and maintaining positive relationships.
Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and integration. Manage exit processes and conduct exit interviews.
HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physically and electronically. Assist with HR-related documentation and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Recruitment Support: Assist in recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and supporting the hiring process.
Benefits and Compensation: Provide support in benefits administration, answer employee queries, and assist with compensation-related matters.
Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other developmental initiatives. Assist in organizing employee training programs.
Performance Management: Support performance evaluation processes, track performance data, and help administer employee evaluations.
Employee Engagement: Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as events, surveys, and recognition programs.
Policy Implementation: Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistent application across the organization.
Compliance: Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, and ensure HR practices adhere to legal requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (2-3 years) in an HR support or coordinator role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Empathetic and approachable, with a keen interest in supporting employees.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Familiarity with HR processes and employment laws. Team player with a positive attitude and
