Design system and process plan, and implement management (such as company system, employee handbook, etc.)
Complete employee service, solve employee problems, communicate efficiently, and continuously improve employee experience
Responsible for the System maintenance, such as roles setting, and permissions opening, etc.
Responsible for Employee Agreement Sending, Bank account open, Employee ID process and other related employee documents collection, etc.
Collect, sort out, and improve the requirements of various human modules, and cooperate with the technical team to analyze, design, and configure functions of PD
Design and configure common human resources reports, output data trend analysis reports of various dimensions as required, and realize data information management
Combined with the actual situation of the company, cooperate with the technical team to carry out internal approval flow logic setting, function development and other related work
Responsible for the back-end authority management of the human system to ensure information security and data integrity in the system.
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Must have at least 2-3 years experience in Data Management .
Willing to work on-site from Mondays to Fridays at McKinley West, Taguig City.
Bachelors' degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent.
