TeleTech is seeking a Human Capital Services Specialist to join our Human Capital Services team based in Novaliches, Philippines.
What you'll be doing:
Human Capital Services Specialist Provides value added services to the TeleTech client base through the generation and analysis of Human Capital data. Main functions include reporting, data calibration & analysis, process improvement and support to report development.
What you'll bring to us:
Analytical ability to decipher statistical performance reports
Maintain reports that enable the management of continuous performance improvement and operational excellence onsite
Support departmental improvements i.e. tools, templates, processes
Support ongoing process improvement training and implementation
What skills you'll need:
With skills in MS Macro and automated reports troubleshooting
Business writing ability
2 or more years of experience in the similar field in a senior level within a service driven or high tech corporation
