Responsibilities
Delivery of Recruiting Services to or within the Asia Pacific region:
including the support of employer branding initiatives
performing active sourcing and talent sourcing in cooperation with external recruiting agencies
performing applicant screening
conducting virtual job interviews
scheduling job interviews with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers
Close collaboration with other HR Service Delivery teams, local HRBPs and CoE teams to align on, prioritize and resolve issues, build and share knowledge across teams

Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Human Resource Management, Commerce or equivalent
With at least 1 or 2 years of relevant recruitment experience in Shared Service setup or any local recruitment setup
Experience in full lifecycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high volume environment
Basic Microsoft Office knowledge required (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Can communicate well in English, both written and verbal
Strong analytical skills, able to handle multiple projects at the same time
Flexibility to adjust and thrive in an environment with changing requirements, schedules and priorities while meeting deadlines
Able to communicate clearly and concisely with a range of key stakeholders as well as senior executives
Ability to work in a challenging environment with a tight deadline
Familiar with recruiting best practices to attract in demand professionals, and able to be creative with alternative sourcing strategies.
AExperience with networking, social media, and using resources to make connections with people, as well as being very comfortable with cold calling
