Idenify Learning and Development needs within the organization through Joba Analysis and appraisal schemes
Help in designing and developing or souring out trainings in accorance to the result of the Job Analysis and appraisal scheme of the organization
Conduct trainings as scheduled
Monitor and review progress of trainees through questionnaires
Partner with Department Managers on monitoring and evaluating training and development programs
At least 5 years equivalent experience from a related industry
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Willingness to be take on other HR-related functions as necessary
Willingness to take on assignments both for Head Office (Mandaluyong) and Plant (Bulacan)
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Human Resources Manufacturing/Production 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
