Job Summary:
The HR Supervisor oversees daily human resources operations and ensures the effective implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures. This role involves supervising HR staff, supporting recruitment and talent management, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. The HR Supervisor acts as a bridge between management and employees to maintain a positive work environment while aligning HR practices with the company's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide HR officers, coordinators, and administrative staff in daily tasks and projects.
Support the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Oversee employee relations matters, addressing concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations, ensuring all HR practices are up to date.
Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Support performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through employee engagement activities.
Prepare HR reports, metrics, and presentations for management review.
Collaborate with management to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Lead internal audits of HR practices and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in human resources.
Strong understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to conflict resolution.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is an advantage.
Familiarity with employee engagement platforms or HR analytics tools.
