HR Recruitment and Generalist
As the fore front of the Human Resource arm of the company, you will be responsible for recruiting and ensuring job satisfaction and job security and aligned with industry standards for all employees. Make sure manpower needs are met and filled in the shortest and best possible way.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our compensation packages are competitive and aligned with industry trends.
- Responsible for recruiting new talents for our company to grow.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration/ Psychology, or other related field.
- Proven experience in a recruitment role for at least 1 year or more.
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations along with recruitment sourcing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
