It is the responsibility of the position to monitor and coordinate human resource management programs and other activities of the company to supervise the day-to-day human resources transactions or operations in order to achieve the mission, vision and goals of the Company including compliance to both mandatory and customer standards.

EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT REQUIRED:
College Graduate
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Management and other Behavioral Science courses
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Must have at least three (3) years working experience as a supervisor or equivalent position,
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED (Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Attitude/Observable Behaviors)
· Knowledge on employee relations.
· Knowledge on wage and benefits administration, rewards and recognitions
· Knowledge on manufacturing process
· Computer Literate
· High Analytical Skills

· Knowledge on Philippine Labor Laws
· Knowledge on Legal Obligations & Contracts
· Strong interpersonal, organizational, leadership and motivational skills.
