Job Summary:
The HR Supervisor will primarily be responsible for Talent Acquisition - Recruiting/ Staffing/ Sourcing of the organization. He/ She will provide leadership to the unit in searching and hiring for the best talent per position. He/ She will work closely with Management and Operations in developing search strategies and delivering required talents within the deadline. He/ She will be responsible for the entire recruitment process - sourcing, screening, test administration, interviews, reference checks etc.
Responsible for consistently reporting/providing hiring updates for specific vertical/s
Responsible for attending kick off and project calls to represent recruitment
Monitors recruitment timelines and ensures recruiting progress is within these committed timelines
Oversees a few sourcing channels and monitors effectiveness based on share of hires and cost per hire
Oversees external partnership: third party vendors, headhunter partners and suppliers
Ensures that weekly and monthly reviews (aside from mid-year and annual PDP) are happening
Provides regular coaching to direct reports
Approves/rejects time logs in Teamware
Encourages the team to participate in company events and projects
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
At least 2 years of leadership experience
Excellent English communication skills both spoken and written
Good People Management
Good Performance Management
Good Time Management Skills
Strong Stakeholder Management
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leadership, internal customers, vendors and demonstrated ability to communicate with different cultures across multiple continents.
Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
Flexible with work schedules and open to long working hours.
