Position Summary:
• Works closely with the timekeepers to ensure timely and accurate employee data are being provided to payroll department for processing
• Updates records by reviewing and entering changes in exemptions, insurance changes, deductions, paid-time not worked, status, and pay; calculating vacation earned.
• Serves as liaison for Human Resources to ensure payroll processing accurately reflects country specific pay practices and regulations
• Serves as liaison for Accounting with regards to payroll reports and general ledger postings
• Coordinates the funding of payroll with Finance
• Responsible for payroll check and balance during payroll processing
• Responsible for timely processing of Final Pay for resigned employees
• Ensuring statutory compliances for payroll related areas
• Compensation benchmarking and system maintenance
• Responsible for payroll reports such as Man Hours and the like
• Plans and conduct HR and operational documentation in preparation to compliance audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Prepares and submits reports as requested by management.

Educational and Work Experience
• Must posses at least a Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Accounting/IT - preferred
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Knowledge in end to end payroll process
• Good understanding of relevant accounting standards and accounting modules
• Knowledge of relevant laws and legislation for payroll Compensation and Benefits related areas
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications
• Knowledgeable in other HR facets
