As Subject Matter Expert Payroll & Compensation you support the Regional Service Centers in their use of the global payroll administration platforms implemented within Signify, being ADP Global View and Workday. You have expert knowledge of payroll system configuration which allows you to propose improvements, lead the implementation of changes and support in issue resolution.

What you'll do
As Subject Matter Expert Payroll & Compensation you:
Are the linking pin between various teams, internally as well as externally, that run our payroll administration and manage our platforms
Provide functional load to the regional teams for payroll processes, balancing global set-up versus local requirements
Support the regional counterparts with your configuration knowledge to ensure they use the platforms in the correct way and define changes in line with the global template
Lead implementation and deployment of platform changes and improvements including management of internal project teams and external suppliers.
Stimulate best practice identification and sharing.
Recommended improvements based on external developments, internal strategy and customer insights.
Your qualifications
You are open minded, curious, and innovative and you bring the following experiences and competencies:
Master's degree
3-5 years business experience in an international corporation, including at least 2 years in HR Payroll Configuration for different countries
Experience with configuration of a Payroll application for several countries
Experience with implementation of interfaces with a Payroll system
Project management experience
In depth knowledge of HR processes in the compensation domain
Affinity with and interest in new technology and digitalization
Solid communication skills and a pro-active attitude
Strong customer orientation and result driven
An excellent team player
Outstanding analytical, logical and critical thinking skills
Fluent English (both orally and in writing) is obligatory
